Marketing at TRACTIAN

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Off-Page SEO Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing advanced off-page SEO strategies to elevate our brand’s online authority and visibility. Your expertise in backlink acquisition, influencer outreach, and partnership development will play a pivotal role in driving our organic growth and enhancing our industry reputation.

Responsibilities

Devise and implement sophisticated off-page SEO strategies to increase organic rankings, drive referral traffic, and enhance our brand’s authority within the industry.

Lead the identification, analysis, and outreach to high-quality, relevant websites for backlink acquisition, fostering valuable connections within our niche.

Collaborate with content creators and the wider marketing team to create compelling link-worthy content that resonates with our target audience.

Develop and nurture relationships with industry thought commercial partners to secure paid and owned content.

Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using advanced tools, identifying and addressing any potential negative SEO impacts or link quality issues.

Implement creative approaches for brand mentions, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships to expand our online reach and authority.

Stay informed about the latest off-page SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

3+ years of experience as an Off-Page SEO Specialist, with a proven track record of achieving authoritative backlinks and improving organic search performance.

Proficiency in utilizing off-page SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, and BuzzSumo to perform competitive analysis and identify link prospects.

Strong understanding of white-hat link-building techniques and familiarity with search engine webmaster guidelines.

Excellent outreach and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure quality backlinks through effective communication.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate link quality, anchor text distribution, and potential SEO impact.

Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple off-page SEO campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with industry influencers and bloggers.

Bonus Points

Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.

Experience with digital outreach strategies, influencer relationship management, and online partnership development.

Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools for targeted digital influencer outreach and digital relationship management.

Previous involvement with international or multilingual digital off-page SEO campaigns.

Contributions to digital off-page SEO publications, blogs, or online industry forums.
