About the role:
We’re looking for a talented and driven individual to join a fast-growing, multicultural team based in the USA. As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and driving sales and profitability of our brands. You will also manage a team of SEO professionals to implement programs that will increase sales and profits both on and off Amazon. Additionally, you will work with team members to implement affiliate and influencer programs to increase sales, as well as manage social media content creation and distribution. Responsibilities:
● Create and optimize Amazon listings using software platforms, including text content and graphics
● Monitor Amazon sales, conversion rates, revenue, profitability, and Search Query Performance data
● Research keywords to create Amazon listings and optimize them with Search Query Performance data
● Maintain and improve Amazon keyword rank per product
● Manage team members with SEO programs on and off Amazon in order to increase sales and profits
● Collaborate with team members to implement affiliate and influencer programs to increase Amazon and DTC sales and ensure social media content creation and distribution
This might describe you:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Proficiency in creating and optimizing Amazon listings, as well as optimizing keyword rank
● Proven record of successfully monitoring sales and profitability, researching and targeting competitors
● Ability to successfully lead a team by providing training, conducting regular meetings, and utilizing organizational strategies
● Familiarity with software tools like Helium 10, Datarova, Datadive is a big plus, as well as experience with Search Query Performance data
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Great communication and collaboration skills
● Self-starter, can-do attitude
● Must be able to work in US MST time zone

Compensation & Details:
● Gross salary of $1,000-$2,000 a month
● Completely remote position
● Full-time, long-term position
