Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Analyst, with a focus on B2B markets and large enterprises, to join our marketing team. This professional will be responsible for leading technical SEO audits, developing strategies to improve organic visibility, and driving keyword growth related to our business. Additionally, this person will optimize the website user experience, ensuring that pages meet the needs of these organizations and drive conversions. We are seeking someone with solid experience in link-building strategies and advanced use of SEO tools like Ahrefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on increasing organic visibility for keywords related to AI, automation, and large enterprises;
- Technical Audits: Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying and fixing issues such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile performance;
- Keyword Research and Analysis: Perform advanced research to identify strategic keywords that meet the needs of the B2B audience, ensuring relevance and high impact;
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website pages, including meta tags, headings, images, internal links, and content to enhance user experience and search engine rankings;
- Technical SEO: Work with development teams to implement technical improvements such as URL structure, code optimization, and indexing error correction;
- Link Building: Develop and execute robust link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve organic performance;
- SEO-Aligned Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure material is SEO-optimized and resonates with the target audience;
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Performance Reporting: Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and CTR, providing detailed reports and insights for ongoing optimization;
- SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm changes and best practices, adapting strategies quickly to ensure competitive results.
Requirements:
- Proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS companies;
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including keyword strategies and link building;
- Understanding of site structure, HTML, JavaScript, and performance (e.g., Core Web Vitals);
- Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, among others;
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies focused on business results;
Content Focus:
- Experience in SEO-driven content strategies for all funnel stages;
- Ability to lead search intent mappings and define keyword clusters;
- Experience with SEO editorial guidelines and reviewing content for technical and performance optimization;
- Ability to audit and update content based on performance results and prioritization;
- Knowledge of content production workflows (briefing, review, CMS) and collaboration with writers.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of international SEO, including optimization strategies for different regions;
- Familiarity with CMS systems, such as WordPress;
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing;
- Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as paid search and social media.
